So, 2 days gone for my attachment in the A & E department. God's Grace man! I had a huge culture shock during my first day...... totally diff setting and management. so start afresh, but that takes time right, too bad, time is not on my side........

well, at least putting what i am learning in school into actions. So still hopeing that i will have a chance to jump on patient and perform CPR........ Any Zhi Yuan Zhe........ Muhahahaha!!!!!

As usually, some staff are super kind and good in a sense that even they are super busy, they will still teach as they do their stuff but some, Err........ Hmmm....... (Nothing to say............)

So far so good, i heard that many in TTSH had what they want as their final posting....... So, when will i know????? I really done know......... 2-headed le, cos i wanted to work in surgical ward as well as in MOT........ How.......... but one thing is for sure...... I am not going to Onco and A & E as well as ICU...... I do not think i can handle the people...... not the work yo its the people........

Tosay, have an uncle, complaint of stomach pain since morning (which is 4 hours ago) come and some how his condition turned worst and start having SOB, actually managed to complaint that we (nurses) are not doing our job in triage and allow those "walking" people to see the doc before him but fail to understand even after many explanation that the patient in front of him was actually a cardiac patient and can have an attack anytime if he did see a doc there and then, he actually made a big issue that the nurse-in-charge actually allowed him to see the doc first.

Interesting cases in A & E, but the fun are not over yet........ I once was told my the Qian Beis that once a upon time, there was a lady admitted in A & E with her dog, yet the dog was not-not allowed to enter as the dog was part of the patient as well......... any smart alex can guess what happen..............................................
