Sigh........ Finally lose some weight over the last 2 month but ................ Been eating like a big fat pig lately, think whatever is gone came back n find me liao....... must work harder lor..... wat to do, its always the later part of the half year that i have lots of dinner appt and worst, been self-comforting myself with lots of ice-cream......
