2008 has been a wonderful year for me, many happy things of cos, have sad ones too happened, but watever it takes, i really wan to thanks everyone out there for your support and love. sometimes it you that keeps me going on, never letting go of my dreams.

May the Lord be with us for 2009, that He will be with us and guiding us along the way. May everyone will have a good year ahead.

sometimes its not tat i wan ppl to know that i am working hard for them but its really good for them to show some appreciation for me getting all the works done lor.they will never realise how much encouragement it will bring forth to me. its just super sian to see your fellow colleagues escaping their "duties and responsibilities" and u are the one clearing the shit for them. very sian and i really mean it can @#$%^&

Just could not stand this workmate of mine. she crossed my path yesterday and yes, today she did that again! Really cant understand what is wrong with her lor, is she really 八字不和 with me or what.

KAO lor, yesterday, i was just trying to help to lessen her work, WOW, her attitude come out and insisted i do according to her will, then stubborn me ;p, of cos i refused then she said "All right, do as you wished and don expect me to help you with it" loudly across the room, like hello, i never needed her help anyway, i am doing just as fine even before she walked it lor. she never said a word to me ever since yesterday.

Today, i can understand the feeling to come back to work after going out for a good lunch, they have a lunch treat from my boss which i could not go as cases are still running in my area. but my supervisor allows us to take time off (aka claim OT time as time to go off early). so there she is blar blar blar saying how lucky we are to claim time and go off early as she ? have or not. i am trying not to errhumm.... talk back anything at her le, anyway, i did what most ppl do, to slack till my off-hour as my case not arrive yet, so this lady very gan zhong lor, case has not arrive, then she already ask how huh need to prepare or not blar blar blar, then i told her, i'm going back at what time and the next shift person can take this case (which is a small case and by the time it arrives, its already the next shift le, so why she worry?) after which i walked off and do my work, then she shouted across the corridor to another senior that why am i not taking the case and helping to prepare since i am in that area, of which the reason was very clearly mentioned to her and bearing in mind that the supervisors office is just along the corridor and the door is always WIDE OPEN!!! i keep walking and trying to keep my cool which i succeeded. anyway, after i done my stuff, i went up the case just arrived only what and the next shift gal took the case so does all this really bother her???? Errhmmm, anyway, her attitudes came out again and start to throw things thank god not at me and show her bao gong face at me........

I want to thank God for holding my tongue man, given the long-forsaken temper i used to have, her 祖宗18代 will be addressed by me already and we would put up a great show outside the supervisors office already. Ha Ha Then she can call herself we are the same family in Christ, My Head and My Foot!!! >0<

Aiyo, after the power-packed weekend last week, i had realised that God can only work on me when i let go of everything to Him. its difficult lor, to give everything onto Him, though you know in the bottom of your heart, God is always so loving and forgiving but .........................

Even more happens when God is there, and u really felt His presence telling you to let Him handle all my problems. Still will have doubts which are diff to erase, but still .....................

Hmmm, i have been getting "Red Bombs" like never before since last year. This year i have to attend at least one every single month till the end of next year lor esp for the month of Sept, i have 4 on hand can u believe tat!!!!! went to some game shop that is in the Ehub yesterday, (oops i forgot the name of the shop already), as usual took many potos ha ha ha some nice ones are here for grabs if u all visit me ha ha anyway yesterday was fun and i really love N283 for being who u are and be the LOUDEST CG yesterday, i think there is no other group that played anywhere louder than us k, N283, u ROCKS!!!!

anyway, found my childhood game, which is the fishing game, we have a great time but the sad part is that only 2 fishing rod can be used :( but its really found lor, our champ is Brandon and Jasmine!!! Let's give it up to the winners!!!

oops sori guys, some potos are really dark but they looked ok on my phone leh, aiyo, some of the really nice ones turned out to be so blur n dark :( esp the "ghost" potos i took for tian n dale, they really turned out to be ghost lor, its totally, cant make it lor, well any one knows how to shift my words up and the potos down??? i can move them in the direction i wan leh :( pls someone can tell me why are the potos so dark and how to deal with them pls pls pls ..... >0<

Dealing with disappointment.....

well, the word was given by my beloved CGL , Joey Tao Cai HuiTian was very into my heart and its really like WOW an arrow that hit straight into the bull's eye lor......

but i find that putting what was said into practice is a real challange for me lor, given that u have to face with the main source of disappointment every single day and not a day he fails to hurt u more than ever............................

but God is good all the time and all the time God is good, so i really gathered up all my courage to face him and ask him out for dinner during Father's day last sunday, well though he refused (another blow to me cos i had expected it long ago) but to me at least i have taken the first step to talk to him like in so long le.

So i guess i really need to strength myself and draw strength from God evey now and then cos i never know when will i picked up that courage again lor...........................

Riverside Indo Rest

Today we celebrate me ah ma's birthday.

Went to the above rest down at Clarke quay, food is only ok lor, but their service was really bad, at least me ah ma enjoy their food lor, glad that she is eating much today :)

their bad services includes:
- spilling drink on my uncle's lap without saying sori
- takes a while to serve the food (don blame them cos really a lot of ppl)
- take a lot more while to clear our tables so that we can cut the cake (we have to called the ppl like 5 times over a period of 45 mins, same ans given, "sori, we'll clean up in a short while", their short while is like WOW!!
- the table behind us just need to call once and they clear their tables IMMEDIATELY!!!
- when footing the bill, whey came very the fast lor less than 10 min our bill is ready

well, maybe today really lots of ppl but their service quailty really X@#$%^&!!!!

Friday the 13TH !!!

Well today is madness lor, total madness lor............

Not really Friday the 13th curse and i didn't realised it was e scary day until very much later. No wonder things are not working really well since the morning to the very end of the day....

like early in the morning the light in my bathroom fused when i am still bathing halfway with shower form all over me! then when i was preparing to leave the house, me dog refused to stay still in the house and kept pestering me and do not allow me to go to work, when i was walking to work, don know y me legs will get entangled and i almost fell flat a few times.

then at work, sign........ many didn't turned up as usual, (mon n wed n fri r peak days that ppl refused to come to work) so have to stayed back, our team has been drained totally cos this week alot of really bad cases on......

then late for CG of cos, by the time i rushed down, sign..... ministering already!!!!!!

then after CG go home me bus brokedown half way!!!! i nearly wanted to take cab home but i don have extra cash n there is no atm anywhere near the place.......................

This is the LOUD camp that i went for the 2nd to 4th of June, though i could only make it for the last night which is the camp fire...........

Its LOVE Revolution, very neat right, u will find LOVE when u spell revolution backwards.....

anyway, very glad that i managed to spent one night in this camp cos last year one i didnt even get a chance to lor, looking forward for next year one, hopefully still have and i am still young at heart to do so lor. :)

camp fire is great lor, but funny that it didnt light up at the spark lor, kee kee seems like a sign to all of us that we need to unite as one to light up the world lor........

Today is a very bad day for me..... so bad that i could not function at work at all which invites more scolding and stuff.......

Aiyo, i am so very stupid lor..... felt so lousy inside man, made the same old mistake within a week can!!!!! Got more scolding of cos!!!! That is so super confidence-wecking lor........ i really feel like i am good-for-nothing lor, like i have given up so much to stay in this job of cos i am not going to give up so easily lah but the road to sucess is really so tough....... Many of my friends gave up, some whent back to their old jobs, others still trying to figure what is the reason for them to come to this Earth, but i really love my job lor...... But is it that much i can do??? >0<

I can take all the scoldings and stuff to grow cos that is part and parcel of the working life and learning road but losing self-confidence is = to losing the battle by half straight away.......

What to do....... How can i gain back my self-confidence???? *-*

ha ha ha finally survived my first night shift...... great experience...... lots to learn though

ha i am so evil cos i was hoping to see some really good action which i know my seniors are going to kill me if they could hear my tots. well, its like u have been in this line for so long and u have not really seen really emergency cases a bit disapointed lor, :(

but its really scary cos they only on the light for one working section then for rest of the building, its "LIGHTS OFF", pitch dark!!!! its no joke lor and i am scared of darkness something that i really wished God can take away from me lor kee kee but its kinda fat chance lor i think but really scary to the max............... sometimes it even went down my spine when u are alone in a room doing your stuff and its so quiet tat u can even hear your own breathing............ Thank God for handphones cos my hp really pull me through these crazy nights with the mp3 songs playing to stir up my courage and accompany me, it really makes my time fly a little faster...................

anyway nothing really emergency comes by, just many many small cases which is also good for me cos i'll learn from them also, but was called a jinx on the first night for having so many cases but the thing is ITS NOT MY FAULT ha ha ha anyway i am not bothered by it.........

i think i really grew fatter man, cos these night with so much work to do really cos me to be hungry and its like late night supper and its though heavy kind lor, KFC + pizza hut + Mac and stuff...... KAO!!!!!

ok by the way, this is wat happened, was ending my shift one working day, cant wait to get back home to sleep, this lady came to me, face like not very happy, cut in the conversation between me and my friend, never say anything, just tapped my shoulder and black-facedly passed to me n left, leaving me and my friend lookng like "HUH" at each other.......... not expecting her to say things like hey hope u will be there to enjoy the dinner or wat, but at least she can politely ask me or what, but what she acted was like she really don wan me to go to her wedding like i am an extra, there is no joy on her face to invite me over.......

which by that means am considering to go or not, my friend even ask me not to provide her with hong bao with i will surely think through and through

well tough month lor, first work gets toughter then ever, cos when u are closing to the end of your probation, or when u are in a place for they tot too long, u are expected to work to their expectation, regardless you know truly how to manage or not.......

Siao liao, i think i am really jinx with that particular senior, 2 times and 2 times what is supposed to be a simple case turned out to be super confusing and diff to do and every time, it never failed to scare the wit out of me lor.....

Its exciting yet challenging, seriously....................... Lots of ????? flying around cos simple ones i can handle but once it turned diff, my mind start to freeze and i will blank out (Thank God i don Black out). Anyway, cos i have not seen nor heard these steps before so it really train me to listen to instructions lor.......... so what to do...................

Ha finally i went solo......... After like ard 10 times of doubling, though they say i can go solo earlier then this week but things just don happened that way not i wan means i will get one lor, things like got deployed to other disp or the management have other considerations for the gal of the same batch (just not to hurt her feelings)

Super scary lor, doing everything on your own with the minimum hints others are giving you..... Thank God for his grace cos i scrubbed for the big boss though he said there are still room for improvement but i am still doing fine..... So happy :)

Actually wanted to buy Sony Ericson's W880i but was told by many many users that the phone sucks to the max....... so there goes my 1st dream phone......

cos i tried most of the brand except for LG (which i will never try and Sony Ericson's) so happily i went to get my phone today.....

hurray!!!!!!!!!

But the color is kinda off but I'll get used to it one lor..... but now its going to take time to get used to tat phone..... cos i had history of almost, i said almost throwing my friend phone away just by trying to type a simple message......

Kao!!! time really fly man, so fast...........

Really lor, remember the time when we are still in patho lab (now going under demo or reno) about 3 months ago and we sitting at the back row sleeping in a row like a log......

sigh........ now we are 3 months old liao......... though we are not confirmed yet (probation is 6 months lor), after we are the senior-junior liao ha ha ha

anyway more expectation on our shoulder liao........ SIAN man....... my sister in charge expect me to go solo liao............ STRESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Lake House Vs Il Mare

Oh man, just finished watching "The Lake House" which is a long overdue movie for me.....

it a great film in 2006 which is or was a remake of the korean version of Il Mare in 2000..... starring Jun Ji-hyun and Jung-Jae both are my fav......... i prefer the korean one though but the eng one staring Keanu Reeves (afer he slimed down) and Sandra Bullock. The finally got paired up after Speed in 1994 which is oh my God, 10 over years liao.......

Il Mare (시월애, Siworae) means 'The Sea' in Italian and is the name of the seaside house which is the setting of the story. The Korean title, siworae is the Korean pronunciation of Hanja"時越愛," meaning "time-transcending love."

Lovely isnt it, 2 person from diff time zone get to know n fall in love n be realistic abt life then finally get together after going through the fear of losing each other......... Which is beta, a love that stand through time and testing or one that goes off after time.........

Actually, i like the house best, both the eng and korean version...... if i can afford to buy or build the ni think i can live in one for retirement..........

Summary of Il-Mare: -

The story begins with Eun-joo moving out of a house by the sea called "Il Mare". As she is leaving, she leaves a Christmas card in the mailbox, asking the next resident to please forward her mail to her. Sung-hyun, an architectural student, receives her card, but is puzzled, since he is the first resident at "Il Mare" and the card is dated 2 years in the future. After a series of back and forth correspondences, Eun-joo and Sung-hyun realize they are living 2 years apart, Eun-joo in the year 2000 and Sung-hyun in the year 1998. After some testing, Eun-joo and Sung-hyun discover that the mailbox at "Il Mare" is enabling their communication and they can pass objects through it.Utilizing the mailbox, Eun-joo asks Sung-hyun to retrieve a tape player she lost two years ago, which he gets for her. After his father, a noted architect, dies, Sung-hyun asks Eun-joo to buy a book about his father, which she does. They decide to try a date together, with each person participating in his or her own time. Eun-joo "takes" Sung-hyun to an amusement park, where he follows her instructions on how to have a good time at the park. Sung-hyun "takes" her to a restaurant where she drinks a bottle of wine he left for her two years ago. Despite having a lot of fun on these "dates", they decide that they should try to meet in person.
Eun-joo and Sung-hyun plan on meeting in person at a beach where she has always wanted to build a house, two years in Sung-hyun's future. However, when Eun-joo goes to the beach, Sung-hyun doesn't show. She does see a house being built on the beach for an unknown architect's lover. When Eun-joo tells Sung-hyun that he didn't come, he is baffled about why he didn't show up; he doesn't think he would have forgotten such an important date. At Eun-joo's work, she runs into her ex-fiance. They were going to get married, but he moved abroad for work, while she stayed in Korea. Due to the separation, they eventually broke up and he married another person; however, Eun-joo still loves him. This meeting shocks Eun-joo and in an act of desperation, she asks Sung-hyun to intervene and stop her fiance from leaving two years in the past. After sending the letter to Sung-hyun, Eun-joo suddenly realizes, on that day, she witnessed a car striking a pedestrian and killing him. Eun-joo rushes to Sung-hyun's architectural school and finds out that Sung-hyun was that pedestrian and the house being built at the beach was designed by Sung-hyun for her. She immediately rushes to the mailbox and sends a letter telling him not to go. The final scene returns to the beginning of the movie, where Eun-joo is about to place her Christmas card into the mailbox at "Il Mare". A stranger approaches her with a letter in his hand, the letter that Eun-joo sent warning Sung-hyun not to go to the meeting. Sung-hyun did receive her warning letter and never went to intervene that day and was never hit by the car. Although this Eun-joo (the one who twice ignores him at the train station) has no memory of the correspondence, Eun-joo and Sung-hyun finally meet.

Summary of Lake House: -

The movie centers around lonely Dr. Kate Forster who, on a winter morning in 2006, reluctantly leaves the beautiful lake house where she has been living for a job in a Chicago hospital. On her way to Chicago, she leaves a note for the lake house's new tenant asking him to kindly forward her mail and telling him the paw prints by the front door and the box in the attic were there when she moved in.
However, Alex Wyler, the new tenant and an Architect, sees a different lake house, one which was neglected, dirty, and with certainly no paw prints and no box in the attic. He disregards Kate's letter until a few days later; he is painting the handrails on the walkway to the house and a stray dog runs through the paint tray leaving paw prints where Kate said they would be. He runs back into the lake house and re-reads her letter. He writes back to Kate, wanting to know more about the paw prints and leaves the letter in the mailbox.
Meanwhile, after witnessing a horrible accident where a bus hits and kills a man, Kate needs some time away so she visits the lake house. Nobody appears to be living there, but she notices the mail box flag is up. She finds a letter addressed to her from Alex but dated 2004. In her second letter to Alex, Kate writes: "Oh, by the way it is 2006. Has been all year, ask anyone." Kate mentions she is presently [in 2006] living at 1620 North Racine in Chicago. Alex goes to that address [in 2004], with the intention of personally delivering a letter to her at her apartment, and discovers that an unfinished construction site exists at 1620 North Racine. Alex estimates that the site will not be finished for another 18 months. They begin to understand they are living 2 years apart: he in 2004 and she in 2006. The lake house, its enchanted mailbox, and the stray dog (whom Kate has named Jack, even though Jack is a female) are the only things linking them together.
As Kate and Alex continue to correspond through the mailbox, they find themselves falling in love. Because Kate is in the future, she can tell Alex specific places to look for her in 2004. On one occasion, she asks Alex to bring her back something important (a gift from her father; her favorite novel by Jane Austen called Persuasion), which she left two years ago during a train station meeting with her then-beau, Morgan. Alex goes to the station and finds the item and sees Kate with long hair. Even though he has the item, he does not place it in the mailbox to return it to her. Instead, he says that he will return it to her personally, "one way or the other." Alex sends her a personalized map of Chicago and takes her on a walking tour of his favorite places in the city one Saturday morning. He leaves her a loving message on a brick wall at the end written in 2004, that she sees in 2006. The message was "Kate, I am here with you. thank you for spending this Saturday together". The word "together" was written because Kate would have loved it if Alex were there to walk with her.
Late one afternoon, as Alex's female suitor Mona is flirting with him and Alex is ignoring her advances, Jack runs off. Alex chases Jack across town and ends up at Kate's boyfriend Morgan's house. Mona catches up with Alex and Jack, and Morgan invites them to Kate's surprise birthday party. At the party, Kate is frustrated with Morgan's sincere but smothering ways. Alex walks outside on the porch and finds Kate alone, and he begins to talk to her. Alex would like to let this earlier version of Kate know that her "letter paramour" is here in person. Kate does not know who Alex is, as their relationship is in her future. However, the two share a dance and a romantic moment, but it is interrupted by Morgan and Mona.
Later, they discuss the birthday party, and she reveals to Alex that she liked him that night. This is the first time she remembers what he looks like.
Crisis enters Alex's life when his estranged father, a brilliant and renowned Architect, has a heart attack and shortly thereafter dies. Kate somehow discovers his death certificate at the time he dies. She rushes to the mailbox and as a gift to Alex, she places a book in the mailbox: a tribute to Alex's father that Kate has obtained, not yet published in Alex's time. Alex weeps over his lost father.
Determined to bridge the distance between them at last and unravel the mystery behind their extraordinary connection, they tempt fate by arranging to meet. Alex makes a reservation in 2004 for a date in 2006 at Il Mare, a fancy restaurant (an homage to the original Korean motion picture), but only Kate appears. Alex does not show up. The next day Kate writes Alex a letter telling Alex of this fact, but he doesn't understand. "Something must have happened" he responds. Kate retreats, believing she will never have happiness. She urges Alex to move on. She tells him about Valentine's Day 2006 when a man died "in her arms", and that she needs to live her own life. She asks Alex not to contact her again. Alex leaves her a growing pile of letters in the mailbox that she never retrieves. He is brokenhearted and decides to leave the lake house. He places the box in the attic that Kate referred to in her first letter.
Alex appears to Morgan (his truck packed for his move to the city) and hands him the keys to the lake house. At this time Jack the dog seems to be left with Morgan and now becomes Kate's dog. Alex drives off.
He moves to Chicago. Kate renews her relationship with Morgan, but doesn't appear to be happy. She and Alex do not exchange letters as Kate no longer goes to the mailbox. Almost one year passes.
One afternoon, Kate is watching an old movie in one room of her Chicago apartment while Morgan is working in another room. They are apparently living together. Perturbed when Morgan asks her to turn the TV down, she turns it off, and irritated, walks into their bedroom where a squeaky floorboard finally gets her attention. She stomps on it and it completely comes off revealing a small package hidden underneath. It is her Jane Austen book that Alex has carefully left for her. He has left a flower marking a specific piece of text that touches Kate's heart. She realizes she still loves Alex.
New Year Eve 2005 finds Alex at some party sadly overlooking the city. It is New Year's Eve 2007 for Kate.
On Valentine's Day 2008, Kate and Morgan arrange to meet at an architectural firm unknowingly owned by Alex's brother, Henry. They are renovating an old house. As they exit Kate notices a drawing on the wall of the lake house and inquires as to its artist. When told it is Alex Wyler, she asks as to his whereabouts and is told he died in an accident 2 years ago this day. This explains why Alex didn't show up at the Il Mare. He had already "died." What Kate didn't realize was she left Alex a clue (in 2006 that he read in 2004) as to her future whereabouts, a clue that would not click in until that warm day on February 14, 2006 (at Daley Plaza) and would have devastating consequences. But this date (in Kate's time) is just when Alex and Kate started the correspondence at the lake house. She had left him only 1 letter, but for Alex, 2006 means he has "known" Kate for 2 years already. The only memory Kate has of Alex at this point is at her birthday party at Morgan's house when she danced and then kissed Alex to the Paul McCartney song, "This Never Happened Before".
On Valentine's Day 2006 Alex and his brother Henry are walking outside and a comment is made about the unusually warm weather. When Alex asks his brother go out later, Henry tells him he has other plans with his girlfriend Vanessa. It is, after all, Valentine's Day. Something clicks in Alex's head and he takes off for the lake house and retrieves a specific letter. He knows where Kate is going to be that day and intends on finding her.
The 2008 Kate has also put everything together and dashes out of the office and races to the lake house to frantically warn Alex via the mailbox that HE is the man who "died in her arms" that day. She does not know if he will receive it in time or not. She tells him NOT to go to the plaza but to wait 2 years and go to the lake house where she is now. For the first time she expresses her love for him. He receives the letter in time, and sees her in the plaza, and changing history, does NOT cross the street and escapes his original fate. Kate, weeping at the mail box, hears somebody drive up to the lake house. It is an older Alex. She tearfully says "you waited" before being cut off as Alex kisses her. In the end of the movie, Alex and Kate walk into the lake house together.

Today happen to meet him on the streets...................

Actually its he spotted me not that i can see him anyway..........

I thought running away the moment he called me but suprisingly i stood still and managed to come out with a simple "Hi" and "How are you lately"......... Guess what i think i did see wrongly or perhaps i didnt, i saw guilt in his eyes....... Guilt in cosing so much pain in me or guilt in doing wrong to me........ Which ever, to my suprise i finally can let go, but not really let go = let go but at the very least i think i can face him without much problem.........

Though the wound still needs time to heal but its still a wound that can be healed with much time provided.........

So Thank you God for His strength to carry on and move on as the world still moves on even when u stayed put in one small area trapping and isolating yourself from the rest of the world...... only opening up and letting go pushes ppl forward........................

hopefully very the soon, i can picked up from where i have fallen and moved on........

Nanny Diaries

Ha ha ha Me a nanny go and watch a nanny show......

anyway watched it with the rest of the nanny in church which includes my nanny da-jie-jie as well as some other nanny co-workers.........

rating: hmmm........ 7.5/10 only

Its kinda of funny, but to me it only rubbed my funny bones and does not stayed for too long...... but my other nanny laugh their heads out............ anyway spotted other movies that we wan to watched together (hopefully) if not i'll watch with others kee kee kee

Oh after that, we actually went and had our dinner, Auntie actually travelled down to join us for dinner so sweet of her...... had my fav fish soup rice steamboat (with free rice) but too bad their standard dropped and the funny thing is that they managed to open 1 or 2 more new outlets in i think Vivo and don know where AMK??

Hmmm..... lessons learnt.......

1) Once you get attached, its very diff to get detached (nanny to boy)
2) Once u are pre-occupied with your problems, u cant see the solutions or cant see the ones u should treasure. (Mama to husband n could not see his son)
3) Don push everything to nanny (unless u are a type C)
4) Living out LOUD...... Live your life to the fullest...... U do not live for parents, boss, husband, you only live for God and yourself.......... so make every single day the best day ever (nanny decides to go all out to study U in a very leng-men degree which her mama wans her to be a banker)
5) Though we may not be physically around together but it does not mean we stopped loving one another (on the beach at night, nanny told son)
6) To love, to trust and to make this world a little easy to live in..... (that is my own)

Today is CG........

a long waited day to see the guys again...... don know leh it seems like forever (its only like i have not seen them for about a week only)

Anyway, today God is there in the CG meeting........ (as if He is not there every meeting....) LOLX

Ha ha but His presence is very important for me these cos its really getting more and more diff to walk the walk esp when i tend to use my own understanding n strength and always think that i can do it one........ but sometimes, the walk is just too much to take liao........

He refreshes me and reminded me of those days when i also thought that i could not make it n how he pulled me through........ He also reminded me of the promises that some i have forgotten as its been like not coming to past.................

I am still a daughter of God n most importantly is that i can do all things thru Him who strengthens n always stayed with me......

At least now the walk is a little better n smoother to walk..... but........................

Am super irritated and angry and disappointed and yes am crying when i am writing this blog........

how can one be so irresonsible???? i really cant understand that..................... yes ppl are born to be diff and not perfect but at the very least, the minimal requirement of a person is to be a person (a human being) not unless u have given up to be a human being.................. but after all these years of living are u telling me that u are living in vain???? living for nothing or living just to suck other ppl who loved u dear dry to core......... Y do u have to keep hurting ppl who are trying to love u over and over again..... looking at the state you have become..... what can be worst than this??? don u have any sense of shame whatsoever??? don u have any conscious of your doings???? don u know that u have made me lost all the trust and respect i once had for you????? y do u have to keep doing things that hurt the ones who have been trying to forgive and move on with life......... cant u just wake up and get help...... u are seriously a nobody....... but yet u don even know that u have destroyed every single inch of respect i had for you...............

1)went to see 2 movies both i give 9.5/10 cos very the good....
a) "the-rat-cook" (cos i forgot the movie name)
b) 881 (which says Singaporean movie cant rock have no standard) i cried from the start to the end and almost everyone in the theatre went out with swollen eyes

2) my dai dai (bai lao shu) passed away peacefully (i hope) during one of the thunder storm night, i think he was scared to death, ha ha ha ha

3) started working...... endless stress...... endless scolding from almost everyone........ endless completion from my partner ....... endless worries about my performances......... endless learning outsomes......... endless........ endless.........

4) booked my holidays (A YEAR IN ADVANCE)!!!! can u believe it........ anyway hopeful i am able to go for the Asia conference that is going to change my life.....

5) finally played deng long after so long [simply no one wans to play with me even my cousins..... "u are too big to play liao" :(] anyway, my beloved CG helped to fulfil this playful dream of mine....... we even played sparklers and we end up have lots of them and u know what we polluted the area with the smoke we created... Oops sori..... lots of mooncake to eat till i puked.... don know y but this year simply no mood to eat mooncake though its not my fav food but cos its seasonal mah..... :(

6) very demoralised with my members in the ministry, they simply just make it harder to help them in the walk in serving God..... Attitudes determines your altitude if you are looking for a convi way to serve God then i think u beta don cos there is simply no such thing as a convi way out of life.......

7) <> "if you ask for patience, God will not give you like that but God will you the chances to polish your patience skills" these woards just keep coming back to me over the past weeks when i am dealed with really unreasonable and very diff person in work in life in ministry, well i did ask for patience and anger management though still need some more polishing but i Thank God for holding me back many many times and removing me from getting anymore troubles

Esp in the area of my temper...... Thank God for all the super nice angels who are nice and willing to teach and Thank You for providing irritating ones to test my patience and i am really trying very hard not to address their 18 generations.....

Anyway, i am very happy that so far, i have not done so, even when i was bombed for things that are not my fault.

Oh my Goodness!!!!

Cant believe that someone will eye on a fat pig like me....... really a 变态的uncle.....

After FOP finale on Sunday, i was to buy supper home, so happily q-ing at mac and waiting one side for my food to be cooked, this uncle who was q-ing behind me keeping turning his head behind and look at me and guess what did he do....... He LICKED his lips!!! Meaning he sent his tongue wetting his lips going one round...... GROSS!!!!!! AND he keep staring at me and did that action..... KAO!!!! I remained my cool but praying hard inside my heart that he will stop his stupid actions and leave before i do......

Thank God for answering my prayer, he got his food 1st but what he did that followed was GROSS to the max, he never stop doing that lip-wetting actions, to make things more gross, he stand up and start stretching his groin and showed that kind of face tat is really very 变态!!

Well, the daring Cass has to give up and called for help..... called my family to picked me up at Mac which is 15min walk from my house.......... i guess it paid to be timid for a while cos as i stepped out of Mac, he was still there stretching his groin off.....................................

CUT my hair today!!! Bad Choice

Finally i decided to be cheap-po-na-na a bit (i am broking!!!! NO!!!!! $ will come in :)), zhong yu decided to cut my super long hair..... hey, my length can cos me >$50 bucks easily

ok, so here i was passing by this QB house (newly opened one in my area) then i said to myself that ok since its only like 10 bucks for one haircut, y nt give it a go lah, if i lu-gee, then i only lu-gee only 10 bucks then i really did not think of the hairstyle i really wan (which is something i usually don)

happily sat n having given my instructions to my desired hair length and shape, i closed my eyes and sat quietly and pray in silence that everything will turn out quite ok.......................................

20mins later, i had the worst shock of this month.................................. Wait till u guys c me lor.......... the length that i wanted is something like of Tian's or a little longer than my armpit then the end product is just a tidy little bit longer than my shoulder [for yr info, this is the length that i hated cos u 绑也不是，不绑也不是，又会翘] for me its super hard to maintain it cos i am born lazy........ so despite my shock n irritation i ask the reason....... so confidently the gal replied cos my curls were so super dupa dry n crisp so she did me a favour in cutting them away which is Y she landed me in this length that i hate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the length is one thing, the top part is still very thick, like bush, in which she has another explaination to tat, if she 销太薄 i could not even tie my hair so she had carfully examined my face shape n landed me in this pattern again........ AH............ AH......................... AH................... AH................................ AH.................................

ok, its been a bit long (err its super long that i blog)

a bit sian n tired n don know what to write liao.....

though i have spend my holidays (to-date) as exciting as possible but still not much joy n fun are registered in my heart...... Y?????

some cute things have been happening for these couple of days........

my cutie gong-gong (hamster) bit when i am bathing him (he has not bit me for long time)
a big fat cat chasing a big fat rat under my block, rat managed to ran into the drain but the cat was stuck n was forced to give up the chase... (poor thing, no dinner)
my neighbour's grandson called me "jie-jie" finally.....
tried and tested but failed (my cheese wan ton)
tried and tested but failed (my cream of chicken n mushroom)
my rashes are back (which i bind it in Jesus' Name)
finally able to drink my waited-so-long green apple green tea with green apple jelly but the gal forgot to add green apple syrup :(
finally found time to eat the used-to-be-famous chicken rice but only to find out that they had moved to don know where.......
ate long john again, still missing one piece of fish, make "big" fuss n i end up having 2 meals- the missing fish one and a brand new set, Praise the Lord!!
keep seeing this gal on-line, but don know Y the moment i was on-line, she goes off-line.....
old friends come by and gone but i am still a bit lost of words to say to them??? Y???
Got scolded for being "JIA" = fake ?o? (AM I!!!???)
tidy my room n found lots of once declared missing items coming out

Kee Kee, here i am grumbling that i would not be able to travel even for a short trip cos i could not afford it during my break........

:) Then today, mama just asked me if i am interested to go with her to Malaysia for some farm visiting with her friends (of cos she is footing the bills) :) well, for those who know me, i am not IN for shopping any where i prefer scenery....... unbelievable???? believe it!! (so some of my friends actually called "not-so-woman"), who cares, anyway, YUP!! i got a free trip from my mum. though it may not be a trip-trip thing but a quick escape out of Singapore is very much needed esp i am starting work real soon, and starting work = no rest!!

Anyway, Thank You God and Mum for reading my mind! :) God is good all the time and all the time God is good! Amen!!!

Finally, the long waited day has finally arrived. so excited and happy that its finally over, the tiring days of working and learning but the walk is fun and full of excitment......

ha ha, it seems that i am getting pissed very often during this week..... but anyway i may not be coming back to where to where i once tot i loved and enjoyed.

Anyway, hope things will work out well for me cos ppl there are really not that friendly and helpful.......... God place me there for a reason, maybe to change them, muhahaha!!!! So holy!!!! (>>>>Err, Arhh, Huh????>>>)

OK, today, supposed to meet Sister for debriefing but she is busy over something else so could not meet us up. Anyway good for me also cos very the sleepy today, cant concentrate... anyway, cos sister is busy so she forgot to let us know that the meeting is cancelled. so happily the five dummy waited outside her office but this friend keep asking "how huh?" "how huh?" "she not meeting us huh?" bugging into my ears, but hey i got it under controlled lor, as the story goes from start - sister informed her to pass the message that we are supposed to meet her today. first she didn't not do her job of spreading the word well and now since she is the "messager" we will wish that she could until go and find or call sister instead of us standing there and doing nothing, it triggered me when she said something like lets not stand in the middle of the road and block ppl's way but where should we go, so i kind of answer her with my mean voice and tone but totally harmless manner "to stand in front of her office lor where else can we go", she got angry with tat woh.... and do not talk to me after that! and that is childish man!!

Amazing!!! she pissed me and i have successfully done the same to her....... Thing is she always waiting for ppl to do things for her or to tell her what to do to certain extend which is totally not fair. and when ppl start talking to her abt her behaviour, she starts to get defensive and switched on the "Bo-Chup" mode which really pissed ppl (ME!!) off. If you wan something to be done, u jolly well get it done by yourself...... how old liao still need others to spoon-feed huh!!!!! I hate these kind of ppl......

But more or less got used to it liao cos 2 years down the road, don know its she is bearing with us or via verse......... she is sick man!!!!

hmmm, was expecting a little more cos we were so close many years back but now its like complete stranger.......... don know why but feelings like that keep coming on recently........ maybe i am in this field whereby people does not really speck out with u cos u are in uniform or simply a bit too long never see each other liao, they think u have changed when most of the time its them who are changing......... or simply people don trust u like they used to be.

True, it takes years to build trust but only seconds to break one, the sad thing is that once broken, its super hard to mend back the cracks even they are just fine cracks......

We are faced with many many setbacks along the walk of life, some are lessons to be learnt while others are just pulling u back and sucking u down under....... back to my fav sentence : - the CHOICE is YOURS truly!!!!!!!!!!!!

maybe there is no link to what i am writing above but just wan to say (Oops, its write) what i am feeling now....... people change with no special reason, which is bullshit, no one in this world is that temperamental lor... mostly a change usually underwent certain amount of thinking before any decisions are made....... but lots of time we just think too much liao....... too much till its super hard for us to move on or even out of our comfort zone........ so what do we do, we are stuck and we complaint lor then we fail to see that it is US who has the ultimate power to push ourselves forward and live the life that we want, that we aim for......

Simple it seems just say yes or no to a choice but what are complications that lay really under, sometimes so deep down that we are not able to see it..... Think far not only for the near future but really far....... maybe 5 to 10 years down the road.......

Play hard and work hard, enjoy life and live through it to the fullest for i am called to the head and not the tail, above and not under........ No weapons form against me shall ever prosper.... AMEN!!!!

I was called back to write a stupid report at 2pm today!!!!!!!! and today its the only day i can rest and serve God and attend service!!!!! Really PISSED to the max. I know and i know in my guts its going to be very long!!!! i asked can i do it tmr, NO is the answer cos sister is not working tmr....... BOMB!!!!

remember the X@#$%& pt's son.............. it so happened that during my shift yesterday, without anyone's knowledge, that uncle slipped out of bed and fell down on the floor.......... i say without, its WITHOUT!!!! how we know he can wriggled out of his bed when its fully bed railed, the best part is tat the rest of the 5 pts in the same room and their relatives did not even alert us when they see the uncle climbed out of bed!!!!! This is madness lor..... MADNESS!!!!!!!!

even better part, 5 of them have different version of the story also........ to make things even better, one of them said its the nurses fault that the uncle sustain such falls.............. BOMB!!!!!!! yesterday, we took almost half a day to write this report then this.......

to complete the picture, this pt's son after hearing all the different versions made a complaint and coded my name when i do not done anything......... though i was not presence during the incident but having my name coded and complaint is a big issue esp during my attachment.... this is important lor...... not really to pass or not, though that is equally important but its more to the integrity and ge ren ming yu lor.

more juicy part, there was another incident happened to the same pt in yesterday morning, some equipment was spoilt while we are bed-bathing him with another ITE student. anyway its a small matter, though sister not happy cos need to spend money to repair but that equipment was already going lor. anyway, after what happened, we apologised for sure, sister also never say anything liao then (this is without my knowledge, some of her student told me one) this ITE lecturer happily goes round and repeat this story to all her student as well as coll and by protecting her student, she pushed all the blamed to me saying that i am more senior i should know the pt more well than her student so i shall be responsible for what happened....... and asking all her student never to help me to do anything and stick with the real nurse and not me!Not really wan to push the blame, and i wont say its not entirely my fault cos i could be more vigilant and careful. but it is really NOT me who commit the mistake...... anyway since i didnt hear her say anything with my own ears i'll just let it pass and don wan to argue also cos i don see the point............. Until, she finally, came and approach me and scold me like i am her student. me cant tahan liao....... - said sori, mdm, i think you should get the facts right, we did apologised to sister and she is not going to hang on this issue anymore, further more, though i do play a part in my failure to prevent this incident to happen and pls remember, its your student who commited this incident accidently. somemore, i am not under your care, should you have any issue, pls approach my lecturer, do you want her no??? think she never tot i'll say something ike that so she kept quiet and left. Kao! she really think i easy bully huh!!!

Today is my first working sat. Though its a known fact that we have to make up if we have mc anytime during the week but actual working, hmmm, this is the first time.

Hoping it to be less work and stress but it turned out to be completely different........ First work is almost double as usually patient's relatives who didn't turn up during the weekdays will suddenly turn up today asking this and that. Doctors also pop out of no where and do changes without telling us....... some more, i thought today, no elective cases coming in but end up taking more than before also.......

Anyway, tired day also....... :(

Worst, coming to end of shift, out of kindness, i helped the afternoon shift to do a admission which ends up a tragic disaster for me. Sigh........... I got complained!!!! :( No more clean record!!!!!!!! All becos i am accused of not willing to bring the patient to the toilet........)

But helo?!, after my quick assessment of the patient who seems to be unfit to walk or even stand. To which the son and daughter are having problems also, they are arguing in front of me to send the patient to toilet or not, well, so i brought the bed pan + commode (hoping they will decide by then what to use), then i conveniently forgets that the patient is both side hearing impaired so by asking a stupid question, "uncle can you stand up?, the son got somehow fed up and said:"Do you want to challenged?" Thank God, i dragged another SN over with me to help with the uncle (also add in as a witness cos somehow i know inside that this guy is going to cos problem for me), so this SN tried to explain my good intentions to prevent the patient to fall. The son can still say things like can I show kindness to his father or not? I kept my mouth shut and then off we go to clean the uncle up. Little did i know during my absence, they had actually make a fuss to the in-charge.......

As a student or not, of cos, no one likes trouble, but sometimes, trouble just like to knock at your door.... I am pretty upset that he actually complained to my in-charge who happened to be my fav SN, one that i look upon and respect, so there goes my clean record with her. But Thank God, she is understanding enough and just as in not to believe one-sided story. She asked me whats wrong and what happened too...... She too thinks that this family is trying to create trouble for whatever reasons..... Just my day that i cross their path.......

Though i have no idea how far they will go, but i know my stand is clear : - For the patient's safety......... Yes, i had to admit and confessed that i think i did show face (long and black face - due to the long and tiring day), i did wan to blew up which i didnt Thank God, but the accuse of not showing kindness to the patient is too much lor, So what is one of the reason why i switched line and join nursing???? I skin itch is it or FAN JIAN is it!!!!!! :(

I am only sorry to those in afternoon shift who needs to clean up the mess after i left....... Anyway, while i walk home, i also tot abt my attitudes and behaviour lor..... quick lesson learnt also,

Always put on your best and widest smile even deep inside you r wen hou-ing their zhu zhong shi ba dai.
Be more tactful
Be more careful not to show black and long face (which is really hard cos my face is like tat wat!)
Be more patient, compassionate, loving and kind

anyway went to see doc again today, then shocking news................. he announced me as ?dengue then ask me to observe for rashes and joint pain. Sian diao lor, cos if i really zhong right, i will really be in hospital, as a patient not working..... :(

the main sian diao issue is that, today is the opening night for EMERGE 2007!!!!!! for the past 5 years i could not attend much so i make up my mind to attend at least 2 sessions despite of my working schedule then finally by right today is my off day, can go then i sick......... :(

More of Him and Less of me!

After going through the sermons of the mount, i have learnt a lot and truly, my attitudes will determine how high i will venture........

Just has this thought, just feel that believers now, join us not really becos of God but for the excitement and fun and entertainment. It will be good if good if eventually they come to meet God face to face and stay on...........

Sometimes, i do wonder, where is my first love for God, is it still as strong as before???? Do i still pray, fast and serve for the sake of doing so or out of love and desire for my salvation???? Times are a little diff now. Look at Pastor Kong and the leaders in Church, they are so full of love and commitment with God. But of cos, we cant compare us with them, but just examine our hearts, do we still love Him with all our heart, mind and soul????? Are we distracted with our work, family, friends, etc???? Where do we stand, in His kingdom......... This tot, just came back: - If Jesus return this very moment, do i have the faith and right to tell Him that i have completed your will on earth. Do i stand with Him???

These few weeks had taught me to face my heart like never before, of cos at times of conviction, i am forced to examine my heart and views over and over again......... So where do i really stand, in God's Kingdom, in the church, in CG, in ministry??????

Sometimes, when God knocks at your door, you do not hear so didn't open, or when you seek Him, could He be found??? So how????????

It just breaks my heart to see ppl leaving God for stupid reasons, maybe these reasons are very big to them but isn't God more important than anything else on earth??? Don tell me, after all these while, they do not experience Him in one way or another???? Y do ppl always seek God in trouble times and ask God to do things for them but seldom ask God what can they do for God....... And they start blaming God for the bad things that happened to them but seldom thank Him for the good things that happened???

I have seen ppl come n gone becos of many many reasons, things like, bgr, po, $$, failure, out of love....... but all these can be overcome by preservation and hanging on lor..... but it was not easy to say n do.....

sigh..... sigh.....

Finally, me starting the actual shift work following my preceptor..... i was hoping to get another preceptor who i can relate more to but hmmm, God's will. Actually she is ok lah, got lots of experience and fun??? yet to explore...... well, just do my best for i am to be the salt and light of the world....... kee kee kee......

well, this time round i am a little scare partly becos the date to wear the green uniform is getting nearer and nearer. Also, i am not with this gal who i am always with.... This gal is smart both in IQ and EQ, through her, i have learnt alot about myself and life...... i little unsteady when she is not with me this time round......... So, wishing her all the best as she is placed in a ward that is so bad...... it is her worst nightmare coming through...... Anyway, knowing her character, i know she will pull through no matter what...... So add oil Gal!!!!!! my shoulders are always ready for your use!!!! :)

Wow!!! Finally last lap liao!!! 2 yrs really passed like crazy lor!!!

So now finally posting then break then SN. Yeah! my dream come true liao!!!

Still having problem in where to choose. to stay in ward or to OT. Sister wans me to stay at ward level to help but OT is opening up which is a rare chance also. How????? Last minute then still have problem. i am very happy in both lor, still awaiting for confirmation from God to where to go though :(

To stay in a more comfortable area or to venture out in the wliderness ??????

Just finished my 3-day course, going back to work is chore cos these 3-days very the relax lor....... next week starting my shift work liao, really SN shift timing lor!!!! Siao, meaning, working during weekends and public holiday, hmmmm, frankly speaking, that is the down side that i really have problem letting go off.......

Recently, God had really convicted my heart as in how a believer i really am, Thank God for speaking and really moulding me to become who He wan me to be. :) so the quiet time these days are getting more and more interesting :)

Recently, i am pretty upset about a friend...... :( don know what is wrong with her lor, so the blog thing is quite useful for me and my friends to communicate even though we are very busy with our own life.

Anyway, it so happened that when we are exchanging our blog-name during one gathering, a typical friend just mentioned that she does not have one, and even if she has it, she shall not disclose to anyone cos its very personal........ Fine, its yr on-line records anyway, she we happily missed her out but little did we know she had remember our blog-names by hard or link us from other friends or what lor, she is able to access and read out blogs........ Hmmm, not a big fuss or deal really, just that does not like that feeling of one-way commnuication, it always take 2 hands to clap lor.............. But due to the busy schedule, i really didnt pay much attention to this issue.......

Until one find day, my friend send me her link to her blog, so happily, i clicked and read her entry.......... To my horror! her entries are nothing but comments from our entries....... >o< Kao!!!!!! Things like, "I think i know who Cassandra is talking about when she blew up. Aiyo, I would say its Cassandra's fault too. Who ask her to so bad-tempered!!! Bet she will not have many friends out there cos all ran away from her to seek shelter. But she hoh, also hopeless lor, despite our many many talks, she still does not think that she needs to change, for sure she is going to remain like that, single ugly, fat, useless, sad..........................................."

I mean, Dur!!!!!!!! Kao!!!!! not only me, but she practically, she commented everyones entries in her blog, every single entry carries a negative side of us but a very positive side of her It is very not nice lor, she breached the trust as a friend lor!!! I almost blew up!!!! Thank God again! this time i really wan to just call her and adress her zhu zhong shi ba dai! This is too much lor, don ask me how my this friend managed to obtain her blog-name, but this is a shock for all my friends. Sadly, the decision is that we shall not confront her, we have forgiven her and her actions just hoping that she will not doing again! BUT, that decision was just among the few of us, she will not know that she is doing something very bad to us until that was state clear for her!!!! Something else need to be done!

Though we may not be friends again, so if you happen to ready my entries, My Friend (The last time i am going to call you that), please repent on your actions and stop doing it! It is really not very nice to read then comment them that way, though u may think that its your own blog, her personal one, but my friend, again, paper cannot wrapped around fire, u will get burnt eventually. Days in Rehab

hmmm, this is a bit out-dated, i went to 2 day of rehab....................... terrible terrible experience......

though God is really nice and good that He always brings me to enjoy different walks, phases of life and come out with many many challenges to test me................................ So come what may lor :)

Anyway, after hearing some good news from others who have been running about i am suffering from culture shock during my first day. First impression is that i have come back to IMH (which is really hell) again, just that the patients here are mentally sound but require assistance to move about.

this is my first time that i had an argument with the staff there, i already try my very best to control my mountain from blowing up. but anyway, yup i blew!!!! cos he is really too much, he really bully students to the core lor........ he really took advantages of the presence of students there (both NYP and ITE) to do the "shit-work" that he is supposed to complete.............. irritating guy to the core!

Wow!!! so fast its Friday again!!!! hmmm, ga-na "suan" by cg members for the past mistakes...... hahahaha!!!! its ok lah, me also blur blur, sometimes forget mah, me old liao!!!! BUT now trying to keep up the speed Muhahahaha!!!!!!

2 years down the road, so fast, really, blink blink of the eyes and i am almost done with my studies........ 6 more weeks of attachment then i am wearing green uniform liao!!!!! A bit strange on the feelings tat i have, 2 years before i wan time to past so fast, but now coming near world's end, hmmm.... can time go backwards or slow down????? OF COS NO LAH!!!!!

but today's word and presence is super good lor, we need to bring along a po sui de xin and humble ourself to be used by God..................... only when u r broken then works can be donw within and around u. So to all out there, add oil yo!!!!

Ha, ha, finally medical posting is over. Yeah!!! :( cos the in-charge there keep asking me to go back which i really don wan to cos will be super duper stress one lor. It is an environment that only allows u to sink or swim. sigh.......................

anyway, an update over the week, Mother's Day dinner n dinner n dinner........... eat till me tummy super big...... muhahaha!!!!!!

Sermons of the Mount is really great, should encourage those who missed to catch up and try to go for all sessions. think i will try to go for all except serving days........... :( but its ok lah, shold be able to catch up one lor..... God is good!! well benefited from just the first four sessions liao!!! Jesus you are who i live for!!!!!

the results for my posting still not put yet. very excited in where God puts me cos in certain wards are really challanging man............

Arhhhh, just talking to some friends and family over the weekends on where to go during my holidays....... not decided yet....... to go for missions or to go for holiday........ i know both can enjoy one lor.........
